Ministry of Defense of Ukraine acknowledges delays in 'eBaly' program payments
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has officially confirmed the existence of financial delays within the 'eBaly' program. This issue has become a pressing matter for many domestic manufacturers who are awaiting state funding for their services and goods.
According to the agency, the amounts owed to various companies differ significantly. In some cases, debts start at 24 million hryvnias, while the total amount of unpaid funds may reach hundreds of millions of hryvnias. The total volume of financial obligations under this program is estimated at 51.9 billion hryvnias.
Manufacturers collaborating with the defense sector note that such delays negatively impact their operational activities. Stable funding is critically important for ensuring uninterrupted production and the fulfillment of state orders, especially under martial law.
Currently, representatives of the Ministry of Defense are working to resolve this problem. It is expected that the agency will provide additional clarifications regarding debt repayment schedules and payment mechanisms for all program participants in the near future.
