Apple expands features of basic iCloud+ subscription for users in Ukraine
Apple has announced important changes to its subscription system. Now, users of the basic iCloud+ plan with 50 GB of storage will receive additional services without any change in the cost of the service. This update has already become available to customers in over 100 countries around the world, including Ukraine.
Previously, the basic iCloud+ subscription provided only additional cloud storage space for photos, videos, and device backups. Now, this package includes access to Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade services. This means that holders of the basic plan will be able to watch movies and series, as well as play games from the Apple catalog, at no extra cost.
Such changes are part of the company's strategy aimed at increasing the attractiveness of the Apple ecosystem for users. Combining cloud storage with entertainment content allows customers to receive more services for the same price, which is especially important in the competitive digital services market.
Users do not need to perform any complex actions to activate the new features. The update happens automatically for everyone who already has an active 50 GB subscription. If you use Apple devices, you can check the status of your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
This decision by the company makes digital entertainment more accessible to Ukrainian users. Now, owners of iPhones, iPads, and Macs can enjoy an expanded set of services without the need to sign up for separate, expensive subscriptions.
