CEO Club Ukraine Director Dmytro Karchuk returns home after detention in Poland
Dmytro Karchuk, director of the business community CEO Club Ukraine, has returned to Ukraine after being released from custody in Poland. The man had previously been detained by Polish law enforcement due to an international arrest warrant issued by Germany.
The case involved allegations of bicycle theft. After the German side withdrew its warrant, a Polish court issued a decision to release the Ukrainian from the detention center. This allowed him to freely leave the territory of Poland.
According to representatives of the business community, the situation was linked to a misunderstanding that was resolved thanks to legal support. Dmytro Karchuk is currently back home and continuing his activities.
This event caused a significant stir in Ukrainian business circles, as CEO Club Ukraine brings together many influential entrepreneurs. At present, there are no additional charges or restrictions against Karchuk.
