The President of Ukraine has defined the main tasks for Ukrainian diplomats
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held an important meeting with the heads of foreign diplomatic missions. During the meeting, the Head of State emphasized the key goals facing Ukrainian diplomats during this difficult time of war. The main objective is to ensure maximum support for Ukraine on the international stage and to strengthen the country's security.
One of the primary tasks for ambassadors is to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities. The President emphasized the need for constant work on obtaining new weapons, air defense systems, and ammunition from partners. Diplomats must actively work with the governments of other countries to ensure that aid arrives on time and in the necessary volumes.
In addition to military support, maintaining sanctions pressure on Russia remains an important part of the work. The President called on diplomats to find new ways to limit the aggressor's economic capabilities. The issue of Ukraine's recovery and attracting international investment to rebuild destroyed infrastructure was also discussed.
At the end of the meeting, Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the diplomatic corps for their dedicated work. He emphasized that every representative of Ukraine abroad must be an active voice for our state so that the world continues to support the Ukrainian people in their fight for independence and a just peace.
