The situation on the front: the war is entering a new, complex phase
The war in Ukraine has been going on for five years now, and it is currently entering an exceptionally dangerous phase. Despite prolonged hostilities, Russian occupation forces control less than 20% of our country's territory. The situation on the front line remains tense, and the intensity of clashes is not decreasing.
Currently, active fighting is taking place over small settlements located in close proximity to the positions of Ukrainian defenders. The enemy continues its attempts to advance, however, the Defense Forces of Ukraine are effectively holding back these attacks, preventing the occupiers from achieving significant strategic successes.
Military experts note that the current stage of the conflict requires Ukraine to concentrate its resources to the maximum and maintain the support of international partners. Every meter of Ukrainian land remains under close watch, and the defenders continue to heroically hold the line in extremely difficult conditions.
Despite all the difficulties, the Ukrainian army retains control over the majority of the country. Further developments will depend on the resilience of our soldiers and the continuation of assistance from allies, which is critically important for protecting the sovereignty of Ukraine.
