Ukraine and the Netherlands launch a grant program for the development of defense technologies
Ukraine and the Netherlands have announced the start of a joint collaboration in the field of defense innovation. The parties are launching a grant program called "Brave Netherlands," which has a budget of 20 million euros. This initiative is aimed at supporting developers who are creating new technological solutions for security and defense.
The program is being implemented with the participation of the Ukrainian cluster Brave1 and the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands. The main goal of the project is to combine the efforts of Ukrainian and Dutch companies for the rapid creation and implementation of modern technologies on the battlefield. Grants will be available to both Ukrainian and Dutch developers working on defense projects.
Funding will help accelerate the production of innovative tools that are critically important in the conditions of modern warfare. Participants in the program will be able to receive resources for testing their developments, scaling them, and moving to serial production. This will allow for the faster provision of necessary equipment to the Ukrainian military.
This cooperation is an important step in strengthening Ukraine's defense capability and developing international partnerships. It is expected that the program will help attract new technological solutions that will increase the effectiveness of the country's defense and contribute to the development of the defense sector of both states.
