Ukraine to tighten control over the reservation of IT sector employees
Ukraine plans to introduce stricter control over the reservation process for specialists working in IT companies. Oksana Ferchuk made a corresponding statement, emphasizing the importance of transparency and compliance with established rules in this procedure.
The main goal of the changes is to streamline the mechanism by which employees of critical enterprises receive a deferment from mobilization. The authorities aim to ensure that only those specialists whose work is truly necessary for the stability of the economy and the functioning of the state under martial law have the right to reservation.
Oksana Ferchuk emphasized that the main task is to maintain a balance between the needs of the defense sector and the need to support the operation of technology businesses. The IT industry remains an important part of the Ukrainian economy, so it is important that the reservation rules are clear and fair for all market players.
In the near future, updates to the procedures are expected, which will help minimize abuse and ensure effective monitoring of company activities. This will make the reservation process more controlled and responsible, taking into account the current challenges the country is facing.
