Ukraine to receive a new defense tranche from the European Union in September
At the beginning of September, Ukraine expects to receive another financial tranche from the European Union. These funds are part of a large aid package aimed at supporting the defense sector of our state.
This financial support is part of a large-scale loan with a total volume of 90 billion euros. These funds were previously approved by European partners to finance Ukraine's needs for the 2026–2027 period.
The received resources will be directed toward strengthening the country's defense capabilities in the conditions of a full-scale war. The European Union continues to remain one of Ukraine's key partners, providing stable assistance for the protection of sovereignty and security.
It is expected that the funds will arrive in Ukraine's accounts in the coming weeks. This financing will help ensure the uninterrupted operation of the defense sector and support economic stability under martial law.
