1+1 media refutes information about CEO's participation in ARMA tender
The 1+1 media holding has officially commented on reports regarding the possible involvement of its CEO, Yaroslav Pakholchuk, in the activities of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA). Recently, speculations have appeared in the media space concerning the company head's ties to the tender for selecting a manager for the assets of IDS Ukraine.
Representatives of 1+1 media stated that this information is not true. According to the holding's press service, Yaroslav Pakholchuk did not participate in the aforementioned ARMA tender. Furthermore, the company emphasized that he has no connection whatsoever to the management processes of IDS Ukraine's assets.
ARMA is a state body responsible for tracing and managing assets seized within the framework of criminal proceedings. The issue of transparency in selecting managers for such assets is important for Ukrainian society, as it concerns large business structures and the state budget.
The media holding urged journalists and the public to use only verified data. The company emphasized the importance of adhering to journalistic ethics standards and fact-checking before publishing materials that concern the reputation of the media group's management.
Currently, the situation remains at the level of official refutations. No additional investigations or official accusations from law enforcement agencies regarding Yaroslav Pakholchuk's participation in ARMA tenders have been received.
