Prioritas may be granted management rights for the Morshynska brand
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is considering the possibility of transferring the management rights for the well-known mineral water brand "Morshynska" to the company Prioritas. This decision is part of the process of managing assets that previously belonged to sanctioned individuals linked to Russian business.
Prioritas was selected following a competitive bidding process. According to official data, this organization meets the requirements regarding experience and financial capacity to manage such a large asset. ARMA's primary goal is to ensure the stable operation of the enterprise, preserve jobs, and guarantee tax revenues for the state budget of Ukraine.
Currently, the process of verifying documents and finalizing the terms of the agreement is underway. "Morshynska" remains one of the largest producers of drinking water in the country, making the transfer of management rights a significant event for the Ukrainian beverage market. All processes are taking place under the supervision of government authorities to avoid any disruption to production.
Experts note that the main task for the new manager will be to maintain product quality and preserve consumer trust. It is expected that all necessary documents will be signed in the near future, after which the company will be able to officially begin managing the asset.
