Why cigarettes are disappearing from the shelves of Ukrainian supermarkets
Customers of the "Silpo" and "Fora" supermarket chains have noticed that tobacco products have started to disappear from store shelves. This is due to temporary difficulties in supplying goods to retail outlets.
The main reason for the shortage was the destruction of the distribution centers of the Fozzy Group and Novus companies. These logistics facilities were damaged as a result of enemy attacks, which significantly complicated the process of delivering products to stores across the country.
Currently, representatives of the retail chains are working to restore stable supplies. Logistics companies are looking for new delivery routes to restock the shelves as quickly as possible and meet the needs of customers.
The situation regarding the availability of tobacco products remains temporary. It is expected that the supply of goods will be fully restored in the near future, and the assortment in stores will return to its usual level.
