A new educational series dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the work of civil servants has been presented on the Diia.Education platform. This project was created to help public sector employees master modern technologies and perform their professional duties more effectively.
The main goal of the series is to show how artificial intelligence can facilitate daily work. Thanks to new tools, specialists will be able to automate routine tasks, which will significantly reduce the time spent on them. This will allow civil servants to focus on more complex and important strategic issues.
In the series, experts explain how AI algorithms work and how they can be applied in office activities. Viewers will learn practical tips that will help make working with documents, analytics, and communication faster and of higher quality.
Training on the Diia.Education platform is free and available to everyone. It is expected that the implementation of such knowledge will help increase the level of digital literacy among Ukrainian specialists and contribute to the digitalization of public services in the country.
