The Kremlin has announced readiness for negotiations in the UAE
Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov has stated that the United Arab Emirates could become a venue for peace negotiations. According to him, UAE authorities have confirmed their readiness to provide a platform in Abu Dhabi for organizing trilateral meetings.
So far, official Kyiv has not provided any comments regarding this proposal. Ukraine has repeatedly emphasized that any negotiations with Russia are possible only on the condition of a full withdrawal of occupation forces from Ukrainian territories and adherence to the norms of international law.
The international community continues to monitor diplomatic initiatives concerning the end of the war in Ukraine. As of now, no specific dates or formats for potential meetings have been announced by either side.
