How the legal services market in Ukraine changed in 2025
The past year, 2025, was a period of significant change for the legal market in Ukraine. Companies were forced to revise their pricing policies due to difficult economic conditions and new challenges faced by businesses during the war.
According to the latest data, the majority of law firms have increased the cost of their services. Statistics show that prices rose for 69% of the companies surveyed. This is due to increased expenses for office maintenance, specialist salaries, and the implementation of new digital tools for work.
At the same time, 29% of law firms decided to keep their prices at the previous level. This indicates an attempt by businesses to retain their client base and maintain the accessibility of legal aid in an unstable economy. Only a small fraction of companies, about 2%, chose a different pricing strategy.
Experts note that the main trends for 2026 will be digitalization and the optimization of management decisions. Law firms continue to adapt to modern realities, seeking a balance between service quality and financial stability. For clients, this means the need for more careful selection of partners to resolve legal issues.
