The investment holding ARS Capital, owned by the well-known Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa, has announced the completion of a significant deal. The company has officially consolidated 100% of the shares of Age Management System. This enterprise specializes in the development of innovative projects in the field of medical technology, known as health tech.
