President of Ukraine presents housing certificates to Heroes and families of fallen defenders
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a solemn ceremony to present certificates for receiving apartments. This event was part of a state support program for those who defended the independence and territorial integrity of our country.
A total of 25 certificates were presented. They were received by servicemen who were awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine, as well as families of fallen defenders who gave their lives in the fight against the Russian aggressor. This event underscores the importance of state support for veterans and the families of fallen soldiers.
During his speech, the President emphasized that the state continues the tradition of gratitude to its heroes. Providing housing is one of the key ways to express respect for the feat of Ukrainian soldiers. The authorities plan to continue working on expanding social protection programs for defenders and their loved ones.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the military command and the families of the awardees. The participants of the event honored the memory of the fallen with a moment of silence, remembering their contribution to the future of Ukraine.
This initiative is part of a broader social support strategy being implemented by the Ukrainian government under martial law. The state continues to seek opportunities to improve the living conditions of those who have suffered the most due to the war, and those who continue to defend the country.
