Ukraine may receive 3 billion euros from the EU in September
Ukraine expects to receive financial assistance from the European Union as early as September of this year. This concerns a tranche of 3 billion euros, which is being provided under the Ukraine Facility program.
According to European media, the European Commission has already prepared the relevant documents. In the near future, this matter will be submitted for consideration to the Council of the EU, which must make the final decision regarding the disbursement of funds.
Receiving the funding depends on Ukraine fulfilling a number of conditions. In particular, the government must implement 10 important reforms that were previously agreed upon with European partners. These changes are aimed at improving the economic situation and strengthening state institutions.
This financial support is an important part of the aid that the EU provides to Ukraine for budget stability and the country's recovery during the war. It is expected that after approval by the Council of the EU, the funds will reach Ukraine's state budget in the near future.
