Ukrainian president's plane did not cross paths with a Russian drone in the air
Recently, information appeared in the media about an allegedly dangerous situation during a flight of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's aircraft. It was reported that the aircraft could have been in danger due to a Russian drone in Moldovan airspace.
However, according to the latest data, the president's plane and the Russian drone were not in the air at the same time. Experts confirmed that these objects did not cross paths, so there was no direct threat to the flight.
Ukrainian security services closely monitored the movement of the Russian unmanned aerial vehicle. While monitoring the situation, various response options were considered, including the possibility of deploying F-16 fighter jets to protect the airspace.
At present, the situation remains under the control of the Ukrainian military. The authorities continue to monitor the safety of flights for state officials, taking into account all possible risks associated with Russian aggression.
