Russian Defense Ministry warns of possible strikes on Ukraine's energy system
The Russian Ministry of Defense has officially announced plans to carry out massive attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities. In its statement, the Russian side described these actions as a response to recent attacks on Russian territory.
Ukrainian authorities and energy workers are preparing for the potential challenges associated with these threats. Previous attacks on the energy sector led to significant infrastructure damage, causing power outages in many regions of the country.
Experts emphasize the importance of following safety rules during air raid alerts. Citizens are advised to keep essential items, charged power banks, and a supply of water on hand in case of prolonged power outages.
Currently, Ukraine's air defense forces are on high alert. The government urges the public to trust only official sources of information and not to ignore air raid sirens, as this is a key factor for safety in wartime conditions.
