Russian shelling has destroyed five JYSK stores in Ukraine over the past month
Over the past month, the home goods retail chain JYSK has suffered significant losses due to Russian attacks. As a result of enemy shelling, five of the company's retail locations in various regions of Ukraine have been completely destroyed.
Stores in Sumy, Dnipro, and Kryvyi Rih were affected, as well as in Zaporizhzhia, where the enemy hit two of the chain's facilities. These attacks serve as another example of how combat operations impact the operations of large businesses and the infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.
Representatives of JYSK stated that the safety of their personnel remains their top priority. All employees whose workplaces were destroyed have been offered transfers to other stores in the chain located in safer cities across Ukraine.
Despite the difficult conditions, the company continues to operate and support the country's economy. The situation regarding the damaged facilities remains under the supervision of management, which is assessing the scale of the destruction and the possibilities for future restoration of operations.
