Mykhailo Fedorov becomes advisor to the Italian Minister of Defense on innovation
Former Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov has accepted a new international position. He has agreed to become an advisor to Italian Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto. Fedorov's main task in this role will be to provide assistance in the field of defense innovation.
Cooperation between Ukraine and Italy in the military sector is becoming increasingly close. The Italian government is interested in Ukraine's experience in implementing modern technologies in the defense sector. Mykhailo Fedorov, who previously headed the Ministry of Digital Transformation, is known for his successes in the digitalization of public services and the development of technological solutions for the army.
In his new role, the Ukrainian expert will help the Italian ministry implement new approaches to the modernization of the armed forces.
