Red Cross mobile medical team helps children in the Rivne region
The Ukrainian Red Cross Society continues to support residents of regions in need of medical assistance. An important project of the organization is the work of a pediatric mobile medical team, which has been providing services to children in the Rivne region for four years.
This initiative began its work in October 2022. The main goal of the project is to ensure access to high-quality medical consultations for children who live in remote settlements or have limited access to stationary hospitals due to difficult circumstances.
The mobile team consists of qualified pediatricians who conduct examinations, provide necessary consultations, and assist parents with questions regarding their children's health. Thanks to this format of work, medical care becomes closer to those who need it most.
During its operation, the team has proven the effectiveness of outreach medicine. Regular visits by specialists allow for the timely detection of diseases and the provision of professional recommendations, which significantly improves the quality of life for local families.
The work of mobile medical teams remains an important part of humanitarian activities in Ukraine. The Red Cross Society continues to work to ensure that children in all corners of the country have access to basic medical services, even in challenging times.
