Ukrainian Red Cross helped over 74,000 people in six months
The Ukrainian Red Cross Society has released a report on its activities for the first half of 2026. According to official data, more than 74,000 citizens received assistance through disease prevention and health promotion programs.
These initiatives are aimed at teaching people how to take care of their bodies and prevent the spread of diseases. As part of the programs, the organization's specialists held information meetings, provided medical consultations, and offered necessary support in various regions of the country.
The work of the Red Cross is extremely important given the modern challenges faced by Ukrainians. Thanks to these measures, community residents gain access to basic knowledge about medicine and prevention, which helps reduce risks to their health.
The organization continues its work to support the population and ensure access to medical care where it is needed most. In the future, the Red Cross plans to expand its projects to reach even more people in need of care and support.
