A modern rehabilitation department to be built in Lviv
The Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University plans to build a new rehabilitation department. This project is part of a medical infrastructure development strategy aimed at improving the quality of care for patients who require long-term recovery after injuries and illnesses.
The new department will be equipped according to modern standards. It is planned to install the latest equipment for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and psychological support. This will allow doctors to provide comprehensive services to people who have sustained complex injuries or have musculoskeletal problems.
Building a rehabilitation center is an extremely important step for the region. Due to the war, the number of people in need of professional rehabilitation has increased significantly. The new facility will help relieve the burden on other medical institutions in Lviv and provide patients with access to high-quality care in one place.
The project will be funded through university resources and attracted investments. The hospital management is already preparing all the necessary documentation to begin construction work. It is expected that the implementation of this project will significantly improve the level of medical services in the Lviv region and become an important contribution to the development of the rehabilitation system in Ukraine.
