Over 300 children from Mykolaiv set off for a vacation in the Carpathians
In Mykolaiv, a large-scale health and recreation campaign for children who require special attention and support is coming to an end. Local authorities are making efforts to ensure that schoolchildren have the opportunity to rest and regain their strength after a difficult academic year in wartime conditions.
Recently, a large group of 319 children set off on a trip to the Carpathians. This was made possible thanks to specially organized programs aimed at psychological relief and the recovery of youth from regions most affected by shelling.
The Carpathians are traditionally considered one of the best places for recreation in Ukraine. Fresh mountain air, active walks, and a change of scenery help children forget about their anxieties for at least a while and experience positive emotions in a safe environment.
The trip organizers note that the children's safety was the top priority when planning the route and selecting accommodation. All participants of the trip will be under the supervision of experienced educators and medical staff throughout the entire duration of their stay.
The completion of this health campaign is an important step in supporting Mykolaiv families. It is expected that upon returning home, the children will feel significantly better and be ready for new challenges.
