Ukraine and the Netherlands launch a 20 million euro grant program for the development of defense technologies
Ukraine and the Netherlands have announced the start of a joint collaboration in the field of defense innovation. The parties are creating a new grant fund called Brave Netherlands, which has a budget of 20 million euros. This initiative is aimed at supporting developers who are creating modern technological solutions for the defense sector.
The program is being implemented with the participation of the Ukrainian platform Brave1 and the Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands. The main goal of the project is to combine the efforts of Ukrainian and Dutch specialists for the rapid development and implementation of the latest technologies that will help strengthen the defense capabilities of both countries.
Funding will be available to startups and companies working on innovative projects in the defense tech sector. It is expected that this support will help accelerate the creation of effective solutions that can be used in real-world conditions to protect the state.
This cooperation is an important step in strengthening the international partnership between Ukraine and the European Union. Thanks to joint investments, Ukrainian developers will receive not only financial assistance but also access to European expertise and new markets for their technological inventions.
