Ukraine must fulfill conditions to receive 250 million euros from the EU by mid-September
Ukraine continues its cooperation with the European Union under the Ukraine Facility financial assistance program. According to the terms of this program, our country receives funds in exchange for implementing important internal reforms. It has now become known that the government must fulfill certain obligations to receive the next tranche of 250 million euros.
According to sources, the deadline for meeting these conditions is September 17. This stage is part of a broader support plan aimed at stabilizing Ukraine's economy and bringing Ukrainian legislation closer to European standards.
The Ukraine Facility program provides for regular funding, which depends on the successful implementation of reforms in various areas, including public finance management and the fight against corruption. Meeting the requirements within the specified timeframe is critical to ensuring uninterrupted financial assistance from European partners.
Currently, the Ukrainian government is actively working to complete all necessary procedures by the set date. Receiving these funds will help support the state budget and continue funding key social and economic projects during a difficult time for the country.
