Sport as support: the "Carpathian Change" project helps children from frontline regions
The Rating sociological group presented the results of a discussion dedicated to the impact of sports on the mental health of teenagers. This discussion took place during the presentation of the "Carpathian Change" charitable project, which is aimed at supporting children living in the frontline zones of Ukraine.
The main goal of the project is to provide children with the opportunity to rest and regain their strength in a safe environment. The organizers emphasize that physical activity plays a critical role in overcoming stress caused by the war. Through sports activities, teenagers can not only improve their physical condition but also receive necessary psychological support.
Experts who participated in the event emphasized that regular training helps children better cope with anxiety and emotional tension. Within the framework of the "Carpathian Change" project, participants have the opportunity to engage in various sports, which contributes to their socialization and the development of self-confidence.
The "Carpathian Change" project continues its work, attracting new partners and specialists. The organizers are convinced that such initiatives are extremely important for the future of Ukrainian children who face the challenges of wartime every day. Such programs help create a space for them where they can feel cared for and safe.
