Ukraine and the Netherlands launch a joint grant program for defense technologies
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the beginning of cooperation with the Netherlands in the field of defense innovation. The countries are creating a joint grant fund with a budget of 20 million euros, which will be aimed at supporting developments in the defense tech sector.
This program aims to fund advanced technological solutions created by Ukrainian and Dutch companies. The main focus is on developments that meet current needs on the battlefield and help strengthen the defense capabilities of both states.
Participation in the grant program will allow Ukrainian developers to gain access to European resources and expertise. This is an important step for the development of the domestic defense-industrial complex and the implementation of innovative technologies in real-war conditions.
The launch of this fund underscores the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the Netherlands. It is expected that joint efforts will help to create and scale effective solutions for the country's defense more quickly, strengthening the technological advantage on the front line.
