Ukraine and Romania expand cooperation for the export of Ukrainian agricultural products
Ukraine and Romania have agreed to strengthen their partnership in the field of logistics. The main goal of this cooperation is to ensure the stable export of Ukrainian agricultural products to global markets.
Currently, the Romanian port of Constanța plays a crucial role for Ukrainian farmers. It has become a key alternative hub through which a significant portion of Ukrainian grain and other goods destined for European and global countries passes.
Thanks to the development of transport corridors through Romania, Ukraine can more effectively overcome the logistical challenges caused by martial law. The operation of the Constanța port allows for the maintenance of continuous trade links and ensures the stability of food exports.
The governments of both countries continue to work on improving infrastructure and simplifying procedures for carriers. This strategic decision contributes to strengthening economic relations between the states and helps Ukrainian producers remain competitive on the international stage.
