Ukrainian journalists are being trained in safety while working near the front line
The work of journalists in combat zones is becoming increasingly dangerous due to the active use of unmanned aerial vehicles. To protect media workers, special training sessions are being held in Ukraine, where experts teach how to recognize threats and react correctly to them in critical situations.
One of the key tools that media representatives are mastering is a Ukrainian system called "Chuyka." This technology helps detect signals from enemy FPV drones before they approach positions. The ability to spot danger in time saves lives and allows journalists to continue their work even in difficult conditions.
During the training, participants not only study the technical aspects of working with the devices but also practice action algorithms in the event a drone is detected. Instructors emphasize that a quick reaction and knowledge of safety rules are critically important for those covering events on the front line.
Such initiatives are becoming an important part of the preparation for media workers operating in frontline zones. Thanks to modern technology and professional training, journalists can perform their mission more effectively, minimizing risks to their own lives and health.
