Ukraine has four weeks to meet EU conditions to receive 250 million euros
Ukraine is facing an important deadline under the Ukraine Facility financial assistance program. The European Union has set a four-week timeframe to fulfill one of the key conditions required to receive funding.
The main requirement concerns the signing of decrees related to the activities of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). These steps are part of broader reforms that Ukraine has agreed to in order to receive support from European partners.
If the necessary documents are not signed on time, the state risks losing more than 250 million euros. These funds are part of a large aid package aimed at supporting the Ukrainian economy and stability during the war.
Currently, the Ukrainian authorities are working to ensure all formal requirements are met within the established timeframe. Fulfilling these conditions is critically important for continuing cooperation with the European Union and receiving subsequent tranches of financial assistance.
