Luis Caldera oversees the rehabilitation of a popular clinic in Rosario de Perijá
Luis Caldera, the region's political liaison, recently visited the Teresa González Popular Clinic, located in the Rosario de Perijá municipality. This activity is part of the "Plan Cayapa de la Salud," a national government initiative designed to improve medical care centers in different communities across the country.
